Our products come with a 12-month guarantee period. During this time, Q-IPTV will replace or refund any product damaged or malfunctioning due to the producer’s fault.

Our team of technicians is available to assist you in the installation and activation of your software. In the rare instance where our support staff cannot resolve the problem, your order will be eligible for a refund.
